Online Ordering

Ordering online is easy and secure when you use our online shopping cart. Just click on the > BUY NOW! buttons of the items you'd like to purchase.

To view what's in your shopping cart and/or to checkout, click on the Cart/Checkout button at the top of the left column on each page. You'll be able to make any quantity changes, see shipping charges, tax (shipments to Arizona only) and your totals, add any additional messages or comments or enter discount coupons or gift certificates. There is a Continue Shopping button on the checkout page so you'll be able to return to the page you came from.

ABOUT SALES TAX: If your purchase is being shipped to an Arizona address, you must pay sales tax. As the saying goes, we don't charge sales tax, we just collect it.

When you checkout, please be sure to provide your complete and accurate name, address, phone number and e-mail address (ex: name@yahoo.com). You will receive a confirmation e-mail listing the items in your order, the amount paid, method of payment and name, address, phone and e-mail on the order. If there are any errors, please e-mail sales@balanceharmonygifts.com, as soon as possible, so they can be corrected. We want to be sure to send your items to the right person at the right address and be able to contact you in case of any changes in your order.

Ordering by U.S. Mail

If you are not comfortable ordering or using a credit card online and would prefer to mail your order to us, a Mail Order Form is available to print and send with your payment.

Print out the Mail Order Form, complete the necessary information, include your money order or cashier's check and send it to:

PLEASE NOTE: If you send a personal check, we will hold it until the check clears and funds are verified. Items will not be shipped until that time.

We do not take credit card orders over the phone or through the mail. If you want to pay with a credit card, please do so online. We use PayPal and yes, it's safe and easy to use!

Payment Options and Your Security

Just add your items to the cart, then click on the Cart/Checkout button at the top left of each page. You will be given a choice of Payment Options...just choose which one works best for you. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers through PayPal only. Please don't let the "register with PayPal" message scare you. You don't have to register for a PayPal account if you don't want to...you'll still be able to pay with your credit card. For further information, visit the PayPal site at www.paypal.com.

International Orders

Our shopping cart and shipping rates are set up for USA orders only. All Canadian and international order requests must first be e-mailed to sales@balanceharmonygifts.com. We will respond to you with ordering and payment information, shipping costs and whether or not delivery is available.
PLEASE NOTE: A minimum purchase of $25 is required for all international orders.

Shipping and Rates

Most items will be shipped within 5-10 business days.

If an item is out of stock, backordered or delayed, you will be contacted, advised of an expected delivery date and given the option to wait for the item or cancel your order and receive a refund. You will only be charged for the items shipped, not the back orders.

All items are ground shipped using UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes nor do we ship COD. As much as we don't like high shipping costs, we have to pay them...which means, unfortunately, you do too. We have, however, kept our shipping/handling costs as low as possible.

These rates are for shipping to the mainland 48 states. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, or if your package is unusually large or heavy, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case, you will be contacted with these charges via email prior to shipping.
