Return Information, Return & Refund Instructions, Return Form Return Information We are committed to providing you with superior customer service, an enjoyable, exciting and safe shopping experience and pleasure and satisfaction with all of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us, prepaid, within 10 days, in its original box and condition, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem. You will receive 100% merchandise credit for the purchase price. Sorry, but there are no cash refunds and we do not refund shipping charges. For your protection and to ensure the high quality of these products, reed diffusers, reed diffuser oils, fragrance oils, essential oils, aroma therapy fragrance beads, aromatherapy inhalation beads, any opened containers of body lotions, body butters, bath & body oils, bath salts and body scrubs and earrings (unless defective) are NOT RETURNABLE. Return & Refund Instructions Returns are accepted within 10 days from receipt of the item. A return authorization number is REQUIRED, written on the outside of the package, for all returned items. To be provided with this number, please contact us by email at returns@balanceharmonygifts.com and let us know why you are returning the item. Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Items must be in original, unused condition and packed carefully in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not useable, be sure to securely pack any items in bubble wrap or protective, cushioned packing envelopes or boxes. ~ No refunds will be issued if returned items are damaged in shipment and/or if they are not re-sellable. ~ Unless due to our error, all returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is to cover the costs we incurred to ship the item(s) to you. ~ Please obtain a tracking or confirmation number and, if possible, insure your return package. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. ~ Include a copy of your receipt and the Balance Harmony Gifts return form in your package. ~ We do not accept COD packages. ~ Upon receipt of your returned item, you will be issued a merchandise credit for 100% of the purchase price.
